Will the Minister of AYURVEDA, YOGA AND NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government is considering a proposal for establishment/upgradation of Ayurvedic colleges by providing state-of-the-art facilities in Bihar;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor

(a) to (c): No. The Ministry of AYUSH processes the applications received from State Government/Private body to setup new Ayurvedic Colleges. The permission is granted after assessing the available minimum standard and requirements of the institute/ colleges proposed to be set up as per the IMCC Act 1970 and Requirements of Minimum Standards for under-graduation Ayurveda College and Attached Hospitals regulations, 2016.
