(a) the number of operational mines in the country, State- wise;
(b) the details of number of workers and officials employed in each of the operational
mines, State-wise;
(c) the details of facilities and amenities in place in such mines;
(d) whether there is any monitoring cells to ensure that workers life are protected while
working in these mines;
(e) if so, the details thereof; and
(f) if not, the reasons therefor and the corrective steps taken /proposed to
be taken by the Government in this regard ?
