(c) whether the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry(ASSOCHAM) has recently conducted any survey in this regard and submitted its report to the Government;

(d) if so,the details thereof; and

(e) the steps taken by the Government thereon?

(a) & (b): No,Sir.There is no evidence that education is increasingly becoming commercialized.The present National Policy on Education is against commercialization of education.Several pronouncements of the Supreme Court of India have also cautioned against commercialization of education,even though reasonable surplus for institutional development are permissible.

(c): No,Sir.No such survey has come to the notice of the Government.

(d) & (e): Do not arise.
