(a) & (b) : Sir, Wild growth of cannabis plants was detected
on 22nd and 23rd March 2001 over an area of approximately 15
acres of land in Shantivan and Shaktisthal areas of Delhi. The
plants were destroyed by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
(c) : Since the growth was wild, it was not possible to fix responsibility on individuals.
