(a) Whether the Government have received complaints regarding frequent assault on Indians living abroad;

(b) if so, the country-wise details thereof, during the last two years; and

(c) the action taken by the Government in this regard?

THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS (SHRI VINOD KHANNA)

(a) Yes. There have been isolated cases of assaults on Indians living abroad.

(b) A statement, giving country-wise details, is annexed.
