(a) Yes, Sir.
(b) The Government have decided to close down the Indian Road Construction Corporation Ltd. In pursuance to the Government decision, the employees of IRCC have been advised to opt for Voluntary Retirement Scheme. The majority of the employees have since opted for VRS on 30.6.2000 and their requests have been accepted.
