(a) & (b): In order to improve planning and implementation of the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Scheme,
Annual Programme of Implementation Plan (APIP) outlining various activities stipulated for child development have been introduced. During 2012, a total of 25 States/UTs have since submitted their ICDS APIPs.
