F. The evaluation of results achieved by the schemes/projects is done periodically by the concerned Subject Matter Divisions through the Annual Workshops of All India Coordinated Research Projects (AICRPs) organised by the concerned Project Coordinators, also attended by senior officials of the ICAR Headquarters. The Quinquennial Review of AICRPs are undertaken once in five years by a team consisting of eminent scientists from outside the ICAR system. The progress of AP Cess funded projects is reviewed during Scientific Panel Meetings as well as Annual Workshops of AICRPs.

The above mechanism of review and evaluation of projects/schemes is very effective in ensuring their desired performance/achievements.
