(a) Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has completed
a feasibility study of integrating laser homing anti-tank missile `Lahat` with Main
Battle Tank `Arjun` and first round of firings.
(b) The `Lahat` missiles have been fired from the barrel of MBT Arjun tank. It
is semi active having laser homing guidance.
(c) Yes, Sir. It has been successfully test fired.
(d) Firing demonstration to prove the concept of Lahat missile firing from the
main gun of MBT Arjun has been successfully conducted in Mahajan Field Firing
Ranges during January 2004.
