(a) the total number of students who received pre-matric, post-matric and Meritcum-Means scholarships during the last three years, year and category wise;
(b) the total amount spent for giving scholarship to the students;
(c) whether the Government has revised the amount of scholarship given to each student; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the response of the Government in this regard?

(a) & (b): The details of beneficiaries and amount spent under Pre Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste Students, Post Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste Students, Top Class Education for Scheduled Caste Students, Pre Matric Scholarship for Other Backward Class Students, Post Matric Scholarship for Other Backward Class Students, National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes Students, Dr. Ambedkar Post Matric Scholarship for Economically Backward Classes (EBC) , Dr. Ambedkar Pre and Post Matric Scholarship for Denotified and Semi-Notified Tribes (DNT), Pre matric and Post Matric and Merit cum-Means Scholarship Schemes of Ministry of Minority Affairs, during the last three years, is at Annexure.
(c) & (d): Under the Scheme of Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC students, the rates of Maintenance allowance were recently enhanced in 2017-18 from Rs. 150 to Rs. 225 per month for Day Scholars and from Rs. 350 to Rs 525 per month for Hostellers.
(ii) Under the scheme of Pre-Matric Scholarship for OBC w.e.f. 2017-18 and National Fellowship for OBC w.e.f. 01.01.2019, the amount of scholarship has been revised as per below:
