(a) No, Sir.

(b) Does not arise.

(c) The National Forest Commission has not been able to complete its work by the due date i.e. 06.02.2005 and on the request made by it the Central Government has extended its period by six months i.e. up to06.08.2005.

(d) The National Forest Commission is expected to submit its report by 06.08.2005. Further action related to examination of the report, decision on the recommendations and implementation of the decision taken by the Central Government will follow thereafter.
