(a): whether the Government proposes to amend the Land Use Change Policy in Delhi;
(b): if so, the details thereof; and
(c): the manner in which the initiative is likely to help in the systematic urbanisation of National Capital Region (NCR)?

(a) to (c): No, there is no proposal under consideration to amend the existing Land Use Change policy. As per provision of Delhi Development (DD) Act, 1957, modification in land use in Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan is processed under Section 11A of DD Act, 1957. The process involves consultation with public, Govt. Deptts., etc. at various stages.
