(a) Whether due to implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) the micro, small and medium- scale traders will suffer huge losses as feared by some economists;
(b) If so, the strategy of the Government to tackle this loss of the traders;
(c) Whether the Government plans to give any compensation to these small and medium traders to bear the burden of losses for some time period and if so, the details thereof; and
(d) Whether the GST might adversely affect economic growth in the initial part of 2017-18 and if so, the details thereof?
