(a) whether the Government proposes to establish any zoological park/herbal parks on vacant forest land near Farukhabad:
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) if not, whether any guidelines have been issued for maintenance of such lands so as to save them from encroachments and to ensure plantations on the same; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a)and (b) There is no proposal to establish any zoological park/herbal parks on the vacant forest land near Farukhabad under consideration of the Ministry.
(c)and (d) There are provisions under the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (IFA-1927) to prevent forest land from encroachments.
