(d) the details regarding the courses, programmes, projects approved by UGC on the basis of application submitted by Sree Narayana Guru Open University;

(e) whether the UGC permitted other universities in Kerala to delink distance education;

(f) if so, the details thereof;

(g) whether the UGC or the Government has received request from Government of Kerala or other Universities in Kerala to delink the distance education programmes and permit Sree Narayana Guru Open University to conduct such courses; and

(b) to (d): University Grants Commission (UGC) has received the online application of Sree Narayana Guru Open University Kollam Kerala on 28-05-2022. The application had deficiencies. The deficiencies have been communicated to Sree Narayana Guru Open University Kollam Kerala on 23-06-2022 by the UGC.
(e) to (h): The UGC has not permitted other universities in Kerala to delink distance education, also the UGC or the Government has not received request from Government of Kerala or other Universities in Kerala to delink the distance education programmes and permit Sree Narayana Guru Open University to conduct such courses.
