(a) whether his Ministry has received complaints regarding illegal
appointments of Assistant General Manager and Accounts Officer in violation
of Recruitment Rules in Central Government Employees Consumer Cooperative
Society; and
(b) if so, the action taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. Appointments in Central Government Employees Consumer
Cooperative Society (Kendriya Bhandar) are made as per the recruitment rules and
as per Bye-laws of Kendriya Bhandar. The Central Government have issued directions
to Kendriya Bhandar that all appointments should be strictly made in accordance
with existing Recruitment Rules.
