(a) the details of the companies employing workers from 1000
and more, from 100 to 999 and from one to 99 along with
percentage of workmen in each company, company-wise;
(b) whether the proposed amendment to Industrial Disputes Act
is likely to make strong hand of the Industrialists to retrench
work force since no permission is required from the Government;
and
(c) if so, the steps taken to remedy the situation?
