(a), (b) and (c): The human rights of all communities are protected in Jammu & Kashmir, inclusive that of minority communities. Sufficient paramilitary and Police forces are available at the disposal of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir to protect the people of the State, including the minorities. Any individual complaint of alleged violation of human rights are investigated by the State Human Rights Commission and in some cases by the National Human Rights Commission which makes suitable recommendations for meting out justice.
