(a) the details of allocation of funds for sports through National Sports Federation;
(b) whether any budget has been prepared for increase in allocation of funds for the development of sports infrastructure in the country; and
(c) ifso, whether the Government proposes to have any scheme in place for the development of sports infrastructure in the districts of Uttar Pradesh including Jhansi and Lalitpur?

(a) As per Annual Calendar for Training and Competitions (ACTC),Rs 108 crore was spent during the period April 2020 to February, 2021 under the Scheme of Assistance to National Sports Federations.
(b) An amount of Rs. 657.71 crore has been allocated for Khelo India Scheme in the Budget Estimates (BE) for the year 2021-22. This allocation includes funds for the purpose of development of sports infrastructure in the country.
(c) Utilization and Creation/ Upgradation of Sports Infrastructure are one of the components of Khelo India Scheme under which sports infrastructure projects are sanctioned to the proponent authorities from various States/Union Territories.
Under this vertical of Khelo India Scheme, 31 sports infrastructure projects have been sanctioned in the State of Uttar Pradesh during the year 2016-17 to 2020-21.
