THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND
FAMILY WELFARE
(DR. BHARATI PRAVIN PAWAR)

(a) to (d): Para medical colleges and other institutions are set up by the State Governments as per their needs. Further, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare was earlier administering a Centrally Sponsored Scheme namely ‘setting up of State Institutions of Paramedical Sciences in States and setting up of Colleges of Paramedical education’ with aim to augment the supply of skilled allied health manpower. However, no proposal was received from the State Government of Madhya Pradesh for Ratlam, Jhabua, Alirajpur and Seoni Balaghat district. The Scheme has already been discontinued since 31st March, 2020.
