(a) whether the Union Government had returned the proposal recommended by the Jharkhand Government seeking assistance from Central Road Fund (CRF) for the year 2016-17;
(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Government has received the revised proposals in this regard;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) the present status of the said proposals?

(a) & (b) During 2016-17, 3(three) nos. of proposals amounting to Rs.147.97crore were submitted by the State Government for sanctioning under CRF scheme. Out of these three proposals, two proposals amounting to Rs. 108.35 crore were sanctioned by Ministry of Road Transport & Highways during 2016-17 and the remaining one proposal amounting to Rs. 40.83 crore was sanctioned during 2017-18. List of these sanctioned proposals are at Annexure.
(c), (d) & (e) No revised proposal had been received.
