(a) whether the Government is organising cultural events in small towns
and districts to promote the art and culture of various States including Gujarat;
(b) if so, the details thereof during each of the last three years and the
current year, State-wise;
(c) the funds allocated and expenditure incurred in this regard during
the said period; and
(d) the response received so far from each State?

(a): Yes, Sir. Zonal Cultural Centres organise cultural events in small towns
and districts, in addition to those in big cities. The aim of organizing these
events is to promote art and culture of various States, including Gujarat.
(b) & (c): The details of funds allocated and expenditure incurred by Zonal
Cultural Centres during the last three years and the current year for organizing
cultural events in small towns and big cities to promote art and culture, are as
