(a) the number of applications received under the Right to Information Act, 2005 at
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) in Gujarat Headquarters including
Gandhinagar during the last three years;
(b) the number of such applications which are still pending with the NIOS, Gujarat
along with the reasons for their pendency; and
(c) the steps taken to timely disposal of such pending RTI Applications?
