(a) whether the Ministry has proposed auxilliary programmes
during 2014-15 to provide incentive in the implementation of
National Sports Talent Contest (NSTC) Scheme;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether there are any delays in the disbursement of annual
grants for schools specified under NSTC Sub-scheme particularly
during 2014-15; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
