Question : SANKHYA VAHINI PROJECT

(a) whether the joint venture agreement and the article of association for the Sankhya Vahini Project has been finalised;

(b) if so, the salient features thereof alongwith the capital required for the project; and

(c) the share of foreign investment out of the total capital in the entire project?

(c) 49% equity of Sankhya Vahini India Ltd. is proposed to be held by the foreign JV partner, IUNet Inc.
