(a) whether accidents are increasing on National Highway No.58 because of non-existence of divider thereon;
(b) whether the Government propose to provide divider on the said National Highway on priority basis;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) No data on accidents caused due to absence of divider have been collected.
(b),(c)&(d) Dividers are provided on highways having atleast 4 lanes width or more. Wherever NH-58 is 4/6 lane, dividers have already been provided.
