Question : e-Filing system

(a) whether e-filing system is in force in all the Ministries of the Government, if so, the details thereof and if not, whether the Government proposes to implement the said system;
(b) whether the Government proposes to set up an e-filing tracking system for providing information regarding the status of the proposals related to development works in Parliamentary constituencies submitted by Members of Parliament along with the action taken by the concerned Ministries thereon; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (c): As a part of Digital Secretariat, e-Office has been implemented in all Ministries/Departments in Government of India. Central Registry Units in the Ministries have also been digitized. In addition several Departments like Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Ministry of Finance, Department of Justice, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances provide facility to Citizens to submit their applications and grievances at portals. The website of the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) has features to facilitate Hon’ble Members of Parliament to make online recommendations of works and track progress thereon.
