Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
a) the number of beneficiaries provided subsidy under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana across the country including Jharkhand during the last two years and the current year along with the details thereof, State-wise; and
b) the total number of housing units constructed and proposed to be constructed in Jharkhand State under the said scheme during the last three years, category-wise?

(a): State/UT-wise details of houses sanctioned to the beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) {PMAY(U)} across the country including Jharkhand during the last two years and the current year are at Annexure –I.
(b): Category-wise details of houses sanctioned, grounded and completed under PMAY(U) during the last three years along with current year in the State of Jharkhand are at Annexure – II.
