11412-1142, to and fro, between Gwalior and Indore, with effect
from July 1999;
(b) if so, whether the same was deferred consequent on need for
additional rakes, engines and services in connection with Kargil
operations last year; and
(c) if so, the time by which the said decision is likely to be implemented?
