(a) whether the Union Government has received proposals for
various projects from the State Government of Kerala for the development
of fishery harbours/fish landing centres;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the projects which
are still pending for approval;
(c) the time by which these proposals are likely to be sanctioned; and
(d) the assistance provided by the Government for setting up
of/development of such harbours in Kerala during the last three years
and the current year?

Ministry of Agriculture has on 20th November, 2012 accorded approval to the
following proposals submitted by the Government of Kerala for construction of
three new fishing harbours(FHs) and one fish landing centre (FLC):
