(a) whether the Government is aware of the alleged fraud, corruption and misutilisation of
investors’ money by a company registered under the company Act for setting up a tyre factory
near Pala in Kottayam district of Kerala;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any enquiry is pending against such a venture for malpractice and cheating including
fraud;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) whether the Government has taken steps to curb such activities by such companies, if so,
the details thereof ?
