(a) whether the Union Government has formed any committee to oversee and monitor implementation of the
flood control programmes;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the said committee has been successful in assessing occurrence of flood in the country
during the last three years and in implementing the flood control programme; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
