(a): Yes, Madam.
(b): The Master Plan for Delhi (MPD-2021) notified by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India on 7.2.2007 regarding permissibility of commercial activities in ‘new fuel stations’ stipulates the following:
‘Maximum 10 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) permissible for non-inflammable, non-hazardous commercial activities subject to payment of conversion charges/ levies, as prescribed by the Government from time to time.’
(c): The proposed modifications were carried out on the basis of request of Oil Companies as well as for convenience of the people.
