(a) whether State Governments have declined to operate some schemes relating to women and
child welfare;
(b) if so, the facts of the matter;
(c) whether such schemes have been given to NGOs;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) whether Government has assessed the working of such schemes; and
(f) if not, the steps taken by the Government in this regard?
