(a) whether the States are facing a lot of problems owing to the problems associated with coal blocks;
(b) if so, the details of such problems associated with coal blocks being faced by the States;
(c) whether the Government proposes to set up a separate forum for coordination between the States and the Union Government; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b): No communication has been received from the States about the problems being faced by them in respect of the coal mines allotted under the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015.
(c) & (d): e-CPMP (Electronic Coal Projects Monitoring Portal) for Ministry of Coal has been developed to fast track infrastructure investment stalled projects related to Coal Ministry. Concerned State Governments can upload problems faced by them regarding coal projects, if any, on this portal.
