(a) & (b): Government of India had introduced, as a special case and as a one time measure,
a special scheme for direct allotment of dealership/distributorship of Retail Outlet (RO /
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) / Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) – Light Diesel Oil (LDO) /
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Filling Station to one dependant each of the 18 Government
security personnel killed while defending the terrorist attack on Mumbai during 26-28th
November, 2008.
