(a) whether the Government have announced the revision of land rates for Delhi Development Authority;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) if not, the reasons for delay; and
(d) the time by which a final decision is likely to be taken in this regard?

(a)to(d): No, Sir. The matter of revision of land rates for
DDA has been under consideration. The DDA have been advised to
submit a comprehensive proposal for revision of land rates for
various categories. The matter will be considered immediately
on receipt of the proposal from the DDA and a decision shall be
taken thereon.
