Question : PROPOSAL FOR CORRECTION OF DEFICIENCY

(a) whether the Union Government has received any proposal from the State Government of Rajasthan for correction of deficiencies;

(b) if so, the details thereof including the proposal for channels on Chambal, Project-wise;

(c) the action taken by the Government thereon; and

(d) the funds allocated and released under the scheme during the last three years and the current year, year-wise?

(a) Yes, Sir.

(b) & (c) The proposals for correction of system deficiencies from the Government of Rajasthan were received for Chambal project only, the details of which are given in Annex-I.

(d) The year-wise details of central assistance released are given in Annex-II.
