(a) to (c): Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had proposed to issue a separate notification in exercise of power conferred under section 49 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 to empower Director CBI and any other officer of Delhi Special Police Establishment (DSPE) not below the rank of Inspector, who is duly authorized by the Director, CBI, to act under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. However, the proposal of CBI has not been agreed to.
