a) the number of house sanctioned, completed, presently under construction, sanctioned houses not under construction under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban ( PMAY-U) for the State of Andhra Pradesh, year-wise;
b) the number of completed houses handed over to beneficiaries in the said State, year-wise; and
c) whether re-tendering has been done for projects under PMAY in 2019-2020 and if so, the number of houses subjected to re-tendering in the said State?

(a)&(b): Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs is implementing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) – ‘Housing for All’ Mission, since 25.06.2015 for giving Central assistance to States/ Union Territories (UTs) for providing all weather pucca houses to all eligible urban beneficiaries. The houses under the scheme, are being constructed with Central assistance, State share and beneficiary contribution. Year-wise details of houses sanctioned, completed and allotted to beneficiaries alongwith houses presently under construction and yet to be grounded in the State of Andhra Pradesh under PMAY-U are annexed
(c ): Yes, Sir. As reported by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, 54,056 houses under PMAY-U were taken up after re-tendering in 2019-20.
