Question : CONSERVATION OF RUINS AT DEALGHATA IN PURULIA

(a) whether the Archaeology Survey of India has submitted any proposals for conservation and development of the famous archaeological ruins at `Dealghata` in Purulia District, West Bengal;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) the decision taken by the Government thereon?

(a) No, Sir. The Archaeological ruins at `Dealghata1 in Purulia District, West Bengal are not Centrally Protected.

(b) and (c) Does not arise.
