(a) the details of the companies against which inspections have been ordered under Section 209A of the Companies Act, during the last three years and the current year;
(b) the details of companies against which violations of the above Section have been proved during the said period; and
(c) the steps taken by the Government to check such activities of companies in the future?

(a) to (c): Inspection under Section 209A of the Companies Act,1956 and Section 206(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 was ordered in respect of 321 Companies during the last three years and the current year. Further, in eleven cases the violation of Section 209A was proved. Details are as per Annexure-I
