(a) whether his Ministry has received Programme Implementation Plans for the State of Karnataka under the National Health Mission and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the State Government of Karnataka has reported any shortfall of facilities pertaining to Primary Health Centre; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a) Yes, the final revised Programme Implementation Plan (PIP) from the State of Karnataka was received on 23rd June, 2018 for an amount of Rs 2459.95 crore.
(b) & (c) State has not reported any shortfall of Primary Health Centres (PHCs).
