(a) the details of institutes providing research facility in various sectors of culture in the country, State-wise;

(b) whether the Government proposes to set up more such institutes in the country;

(c) if so, the details thereof and the places where such institutes are likely to be set up;

(d) the time by which these institutes are likely to be set up;

(e) whether any assessment has been made in regard to the contribution of such institutes in the propagation and development of culture; and
