(a) the details of funds/amount accumulated in the Non-Lapsable Central Pool of Resources (NLCPR) States scheme for North Eastern Region as on date;
(b) whether Government proposes to do away with NLCPR;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the action taken by the Government thereon?

(a) The funds accumulated in the NLCPR as on date has not yet been finalized by Ministry of DoNER. However, as per the last vetted figures, the closing balance of NLCPR as on 31.03.2013 is Rs. 12769.04 crore.
