(a) whether the Government proposes to allocate funds for celebrating the contribution of great Indian thinker ‘‘Govind Guru’’ as a token of respect for his work for social, religious and spiritual upliftment of humanity;

(a) to (c): Yes, Madam. The Government has decided to commemorate the 350th Birth Anniversary of Guru Govind Singh Ji. Hon’ble Finance Minister in his budget speech 2016-17 has allocated an initial sum of Rs.100.00 crore for the celebrations.
