(a) the breakup of service tax deposited by all the mobile phone service providers during
the financial year 2007-08 ;
(b) whether some of the mobile service providers charge service tax from subscribers and
do not pass it on to the Government and also evade Capital Gains Tax; and
(c) if so, the details thereof and action taken thereon?
