Question : CONSTRUCTION OF PERMANENT VENUE

(a) whether the Union Government has taken up/ proposes to take up with the Government of Madhya Pradesh the issue of provision of land for construction of a permanent venue for exhibition of arts and crafts of the State including tribal arts and crafts; and

(b) if so, the details thereof and the progress made in the matter so far?

(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. Two urban haats have been set up at Bhopal and Indore as a permanent venue for exhibition of art and craft of the state including tribal arts and crafts.
