(a) the estimated quantity of stock of molasses in sugar factories in Karnataka State;
(b) whether the Karnataka Government has requested to the Union Government to
accord permission to set up alcohol fuel plants as a substitute to petrol; and
(c) if so, the decision taken by the Union Government in this regard?
