(a) whether the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has
issued show-cause notice for winding up of the Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd.;
(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government has submitted any rehabilitation proposal with fresh
funds for the revival of the company and change in the management before the
BIFR;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) whether the Government has indicated the extent of relief and concessions that
would be extending to the incoming promoters; and
(f) if so, the details thereof, indicating the steps taken by the Government in this
regard?
